From 500 facilities to 1,000, on a repeatable system, year over year.
Prepared for Acuri. November 2026.
500 new facilities on top of the 500 live today. At $299 a month that is $1.8M in new ARR. Past $4M with payer add-ons and ADR on the base.
New facilities, cumulative. The role's own twelve-month target, $500K in new ARR, is about 140 of these.
What we have: a product that sells itself once it is seen, 500 facilities that prove it, and a founder who built it. What we build next is a system that repeats every year, runs without Chris on every demo, and eventually without me.
That is the business a buyer pays for.
Working assumptions, replaced with measured numbers from the first 90 days.
Omni Wound Physicians. No CRM, no pipeline, no playbook when I started. Revenue figures are actual.
"That's amazing.
Does it exist?"
What operators and clinicians I know said this week when I described Acuri. None had heard of it. Two offered introductions on the spot.
The problem is awareness, not fit.
Every lead carries its source into Attio, so by day 90 we know which of the seven is paying for itself.
Today. Not one result is about triple check.
Software that automates the triple check for skilled nursing includes Acuri TripleCheck, which reviews MDS, therapy, and orders before a claim is submitted...
Day 45. Target state, illustrative.
The 20 or so terms an operator types when the problem is live: triple check software, PDPM audit, ADR response. Today the only ad on the term is an admissions product. The intent is unclaimed. Capped budget from day 21, measured in demos booked.
Administrators, DONs, regional VPs, reimbursement directors at operators with 10 or more buildings. Creative built from the proof: 8 hours to 1.5, the customer quotes. Retarget every site visitor.
Lead capture in front of the calendar. A page per product with proof on it, FAQ written for AI answers, structured data, fast on a phone. Day 14.
Every dollar reported weekly as cost per demo and cost per signed facility. Budgets stay capped until the numbers earn more.
Domains and inboxes live on day one. Warm outreach to operators I have sold to before.
In front of the booking page. Every lead answered inside five minutes.
Stages, source attribution, routing, a forecast view.
Every operator with 10 or more buildings, tiered. Product pages with proof on them.
Email, calling, and capped search ads against the tiered list.
First warm deals signed. Weekly forecast cadence begins.
5 or more demos a week from cold. In-building visits, SoCal first. Playbook v1 from what closed.
Into a playbook that has already closed deals.
8 to 10 demos a week. First corporate agreement closing.
Day 90: engine built, outbound at volume, first AE hired, forecast within 15 percent.
The AE runs the inbound. Chris has been off demos since day 30. Mine go to corporate deals and coaching.
Second corporate agreement signed. Second AE hired into the same playbook.
Three corporate agreements live. The team closing 40 percent of new ARR.
Pipeline, not headcount, decides the timing.
1,000 live. Revenue doubled. A system that runs without either of us on a demo.
Month twelve: 1,000 facilities, revenue doubled, a team to scale.
From 500 facilities to 1,000. Revenue doubled. A system that repeats.
